When you re filling the mouth guards up with the solution for the first time, be careful. Pull a little bit back on the injector to create a bit of negative pressure.

Otherwise if you pushed on it, the solution is going to shoot out and you don t have too much of it.

I put about 1/4 cc on first and then another ?

cc which gave me 20 treatments. I wasn t looking to whiten the back of my teeth, so I put some of the whitener on my finger and put it onto the front of my teeth.

I made sure I got it on at the right places, instead of putting it on the mouth guard and just rubbing it around on my teeth.

The instructions say you can leave it in for 30 minutes to 45 minutes to an hour.
