After the 2nd day the uppers only stayed in place if I clenched my teeth. They oozed gel also.
They never lasted the whole time. Don't sneeze with them in, they fly out of your mouth.
A horrible waste of time & money. Never again.
I have to say that I really do love these sooo much ) I tried them this past summer since I liked the fact that they're trays & not strips (although I have been eager to try the newest version of the Crest Whitestrips) & they are very easy to use & they whiten very well..
they did give me just a little bit of gum sensitivity but it was nothing unbearable, plus, the trick to keeping the trays in & getting good results with these is you just have to keep your mouth closed & almost sorda bite down or clench your teeth together..
this does nothing bad to your teeth but it works..
