This was because the gel slipped down the teeth to the bottom of the tray and stayed there. It left a tide line on my teeth which was very, very noticeable on my top teeth.
So in essence my teeth were two different colours, a whiter shade where the gel worked and my original tooth colour where it didn't. It looked ridiculous. This is the only negative comment I've ever made on a product bought on Amazon, so be warned.
These trays are very good quality, arrived very quickly and making the impressions is so easy.
Would highly recommend to everyone.
