The trays are very flexible, but don't mold to your teeth very well. When you put them on and try to position them, the gel comes out the side and tastes discusting. You have to keep them on for 45 minutes, which is an eternity when they're in your mouth.
You can't swallow without consuming the chemicals that should be whitening your teeth, but if you spit the trays fly out of your mouth. After using both of the trays, I did notice a little bit of a difference, but it didn't last more than a week.
I think if you're willing to try the full whitening trays system, it would work very well.
I have used several teeth whitening kits.
Rembrant 2 hour, Go Smile, Crest Whitestrips and now this one, each one with at least a year in btwn. This product is ok, I actually like the system the best, but the whitening is not awesome.
