I do wish the trays were just a bit bigger - I have a fairly wide smile, so wider would work for me, and my eye teeth start further down the gums, so taller would work, too. I know that that would probably make them impossible to use for others, so I don't consider that a true negative - and that snotty consistency comes in handy because I can kind of smoosh some gel a bit outside the tray, and it stays in place! I've only noticed slight sensitivity using these, and the one time I had a noticible reaction, turns out my gums were not as healthy as they should have been.
If you see a whitening of your gums, it could be the peroxide responding to unhealthy gums, so if so please please see your dentist: it's most likely reacting just as any medicine-chest peroxide will to open tissue.
Bottom line, this is a great product, and definitely worth the purchase price...
Porcelain veneers are great option available in cosmetic dentistry to correct your smile. Even my sister got her done from Dentzz clinic at very much affordable price.
