You do not have to hold them in place, do not have any excess whitening fluid and most important for me of all no saliva build up every 30 seconds. You get what you pay for and you certainly do with this product.
Do not waste your time whiten your teeth properly and save money in the long run.

Happy with the product and I would recommended to anyone for future. Absolutely superb, took a week after I posted the moulds for me to get them back, however They are superb I am really pleased with the quality as I didn't really know what to expect other than my dentist wanted to charge me ?200.

Went for this as a low cost replacement for my misplaced original dentist tray thinking it was a bit of a gamble.
