I have to say though I am quite disappointed. I didn't have an issue with the trays fitting or the gel hurting my teeth/gums, but with the gel leaking out in big clumps. I will probably not finish the 7 day treatment because of this.
I won't be buying them again. I decided to use these as the trays seemed a lot easier than the crest strips, which I've used twice before.
These stayed on for 45 minutes instead of 30, and the fit was okay, the gel on the upper spread a lot better than the gel on the bottom. They stayed pretty well too, but sometimes I felt like I was about to swallow a glob of the peroxide so then I would be afraid to swallow and I'd have the saliva build up in my mouth and then they would loosen, it sounds silly but it just made me squeamish.
Of course, they do really make your teeth sensitive, and it hurts!
Feels like stabbing pains right to the root of your tooth.
