Having experienced no sleep from that long ago, I remember to start using sensitive tooth paste from Crest two or three days before I start using any whitening products, and I keep using them throughout and a few days after the treatment. Trust me, it really, really helps!
It took me 5 uses to figure out how to wear these without having them move around, or having the whitening gel foaming up and getting all over my mouth.
I would say the fit of the upper tray is pretty great, but the lower one completely sucks. These also made my teeth hurt pretty bad.
But they did make my teeth four shades whiter.
They also cover a lot more area than Crest whitestrips do.
I think these are just gross. The trays are one size fits all, so they feel a bit like sports mouth guards when they are in your mouth-too big and they slide around too much.
The gel is goopy and gets all over.
