So there were a few times I went longer than 24 hours between the treatments. I never tried to do 2 treatments in one day.

I spread it out because I was worried about my sensitive teeth issue.

I experienced no problems and I did see a significant difference.

The instructions claim you can wear the treatments for 20 to 45 minutes but I only wore them for 20 minutes.

I saw the 20 minutes and never went beyond that.

Apparently you could wear them for 45 minutes and since I never felt any irritation, except for that first time, I m confident you can. After using the 7 day whitening system, I m inclined to agree.

I completed 7 treatments and ultimately I noticed about 4 shades improvement.

Of all the treatments I found this to be the simplest to use and as I used it first saw the largest gain in terms of whiteness.
