I ve heard you shouldn t use whitening strips unless it was shortly after (a week or so) a cleaning from the dentist.

The rational is that if you bleach teeth that have plaque or aren t stained evenly, then you ll whiten your teeth unevenly.

I d like to try these products out, but since I live in the UK they are unavailable here apart from shipped from the US at extortionate prices.
