(I love it!) I don't know that I would do it every six months, but once a year is worth it for me.
The white strips I use at home work, just not as powerfully as this service.
Further, the cosmetic shaving made an even bigger difference, and getting both services at the same time was the one-two punch I needed to take my smile to the next level.
